The Cyprus Crohn’s and Colitis Association (CYCCA) organized a three-day series of events in Nicosia and Limassol to mark World Inflammatory Bowel Disease Day. The events were held under the auspices of the Minister of Health, Dr. Philippos Patsalis, and the Cyprus Gastroenterology Society.
On Friday, 23 May 2014, CYCCA’s event in Limassol took place at the Agia Varvara Hall in Zakaki. Below are some highlights from the event.

What is it like to stand beside a loved one living with IBD? During last year’s event, we had the opportunity to hear the moving testimony of a mother whose personal story gave us the strength to continue our efforts to improve healthcare services and medical care for patients in Cyprus.
