Today, 19 July 2022, members of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Crohn’s & Colitis Association (CYCCA) met at the House of Representatives in Nicosia with Mr Andreas Apostolou (Larnaca MP, EDEK). During the meeting, various issues affecting the Association and, most importantly, patients living with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis were discussed, including frequent medication shortages within the GHS, medicines not covered by the GHS, employment-related matters, sick leave issues, and other concerns patients face regarding the GHS.
