The first CYCCA event of 2023 was successfully held in Nicosia at the Strovolos Cultural Centre under the theme "Anxiety & Insomnia". We would like to warmly thank our speakers, Ms. Despoina Loizou – Reflexologist, and Mr. George Ellinas – Herbalist. We would also like to thank the Municipality of Strovolos for kindly providing the Cultural Centre venue and our sponsors for their support. Finally, for this event to take place, all members of the CYCCA Board of Directors contributed in their own way and deserve a big thank you for their voluntary service.
