The Annual General Assembly and Educational Event of the Cyprus Crohn's and Colitis Association (CYCCA) were successfully held on 13 June 2026 at the A’ Primary School of South Nicosia–Idalion.

We extend our sincere thanks to our distinguished speakers, Dr. Dimitrios Dimitriou, Gastroenterologist, Dr. Nikos Nikolaou, Psychiatrist, and Ms. Anna Pachita, Clinical Dietitian–Nutritionist, for the valuable knowledge, insights, and recommendations they shared with us.

Special thanks are also due to the Minister of Health, Mr. Neophytos Charalambides, and the Mayor of South Nicosia–Idalion, Mr. Stavros Hadjiyiannis, for honoring us with their presence and for their welcoming addresses.

We would like to thank all official guests, our members, friends of the Association, and members of the public who attended and supported our efforts to promote awareness, education, and understanding of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD).

During the General Assembly, the President of the Association, Ms. Natasa Theodosiou, presented the activities and achievements of the Association for the period June 2025 – June 2026.
