The workshop offers a structured and safe space where participants can learn about Ulcerative Colitis, explore its emotional dimension, and understand how psychological factors are connected to the physical experience of the condition. Through experiential activities and discussion, emphasis is placed on recognising the impact of Ulcerative Colitis and developing more effective ways of managing it.
The workshop is intended for individuals living with Ulcerative Colitis who wish to feel less alone in their experience, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and discover gentler and more supportive ways of self-care in their daily lives. Ulcerative Colitis is not just a diagnosis. It is a daily experience that deserves space, understanding, and care.
