We invite you to attend the Electoral General Assembly of the Cyprus Association for Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease (CYCCA) on Wednesday, 28/06/2023. The Assembly will take place at the Cyprus Journalists House in Nicosia (12 RIK Avenue, Aglantzia, Nicosia, 2120) at 6:00 p.m.

This meeting is important because discussions will be held regarding the future direction of our Association, and the participation of as many members as possible is essential. The participation of new individuals on the Board of Directors is also necessary to strengthen the Association for the benefit of patients. We kindly request your positive response. The discussion is expected to last approximately one hour.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS:

1. Nomination Form for Election to the Board of Directors of CYCCA

Members who wish to submit their candidacy for election to the CYCCA Board of Directors are kindly requested to print the nomination form, complete it, scan it (so that the official signature of the candidate is included), and send it to the email address: cycca.org@gmail.com no later than Monday, 26/06/2023.

*A brief presentation of each candidate will take place before the election process.

**The right to participate will be granted to members of the Cyprus Association for Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease (CYCCA) who have paid their annual membership fee.
