CYCCA represents children and adults living with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), such as Crohn\u2019s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. These are chronic conditions that cause inflammation in the digestive system and significantly affect patients\u2019 daily lives.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The most common symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, and anemia, while in severe cases, repeated surgical interventions may be required.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
In Cyprus, it is estimated that more than 8,000 people, including children, are living with IBD. Although there is no definitive cure, with appropriate medical monitoring and treatment, many patients can maintain a good quality of life.<\/div>\n
